How we handle your information.
Submitting your CV means trusting us with your personal information. Here is exactly what we do with it.
- What we collect — the information you choose to provide: name and contact details, work history, qualifications, licences and tickets, availability, work-rights status, and referee details if included.
- Why we collect it — solely to assess your suitability for current and upcoming project roles with 3LA and its clients, and to contact you about matching opportunities.
- How long we keep it — up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which your details are deleted unless you ask us to retain them.
- Who sees it — 3LA's directors and recruitment personnel. Your details are only presented to a prospective client with your prior consent, obtained per opportunity. We never sell candidate information.
- How it's secured — candidate records are held in access-controlled systems available only to personnel who need them for recruitment.
- Your choices — ask us at any time to update, correct or delete your information, or to withdraw from the talent pool, by emailing enquiries@3la.com.au marked "Privacy". Unresolved concerns can be raised with the OAIC (oaic.gov.au).
